Bookkeeping is a process to track full, accurate up-to-date business records in terms of revenue, just like managing a family budget; a bookkeeper keeps record of all the flow of revenue in any business organization. In this way a bookkeeper provides help to manage a proper cash flow that helps in calculating profit and loss, and also develop financial plans for future.

But it’s not a simple process, it is time taking job, a bookkeeper is responsible for recording every single financial transaction undertaken by a business. They notes payments made and what each payment was for, and keep track of money taken in as well, these entries in the books must balance out, with all of a business's income and expenses being clearly and concisely accounted for.

Its not an easy work most of the companies hire professional bookkeeping companies or any individual who provides bookkeeping services. In big companies it’s not one man job to provide bookkeeping services alone. So they outsource there bookkeeping work to those companies who can provide financial accounting, bookkeeping accounting software and financial accounting business services.
